Nous recherchons un Assistant commercial H/F afin d’intégrer et renforcer notre Pôle Commerce IDF Poste localisé sur notre agence de Bagneaux-sur-Loing (77) Vos missions : Gestion des demandes entrantes: standard téléphonique, mails, collaborateurs, ..., Assurer la veille sur les plateformes dédiées, centraliser les affaires, gérer le classement et monter les dossiers administratifs, Actualiser les documents internes et mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance sur Zoho, Contrôler et traiter les devis, achats et factures des agences (notes de frais, cartes Total, fournitures, cartes de visite, etc.), Démarcher les prospect :prise de RDV et relances clients, Respect strict de la confidentialité des informations et dossiers sensibles. Profil Savoir-faire : Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+2, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, Reconnu pour votre rigueur, vous possédez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et une orthographe irréprochable, Vous êtes familier avec les rouages et les procédures des marchés publics et des appels d'offres, Les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel) et la suite Google n'ont pas de secret pour vous. Savoir-être : Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'organisation dans le traitement des dossiers, Vous avez le sens du relationnel et êtes à l'aise pour communiquer avec les clients.
