Nous recherchons un Assistant d’agence (H/F) afin d’intégrer et renforcer notre agence de Cahors (46) Vos missions : Assister la Direction d’Agence, Gérer le standard téléphonique et le courrier (postal et mail), Assurer la liaison avec le siège social, Saisir les rapports de chantiers (affectation ouvriers, matériel, fournitures), Gérer administrativement les E.P.I, Gérer le suivi client (affaires, devis, facturation, relances), Mettre à jour la base de données clients/fournisseurs (CRM), Gère la sous-traitance, Établir les D.I.C.T (Déclaration d’Intention de Commencement de Travaux), demande des arrêtés de circulation et PPSPS (plan de prévention), Suivre les supports TOTAL (cartes, télépéages) et boîtiers géolocalisation, Gérer le personnel (visites médicales, formations, relevés d’heures), Maintenir la confidentialité et la discrétion des dossiers sensibles, Veiller à l’application et au respect des consignes de sécurité. Liste non exhaustive Profil Savoir-faire : Vous avez un BTS GPME et bénéficiez d’une expérience significative sur un poste similaire, Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (notamment Word et Excel) et avez une facilité d’adaptation aux différents logiciels. Savoir-faire : Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie, vos qualités organisationnelles, relationnelles et rédactionnelles. Vous cochez toutes les cases ?
