Nous recherchons un Chargé QSE (H/F) afin d’intégrer et renforcer notre service Qualité Sécurité Environnement (QSE) en Ile de France (Moussy-le-Neuf (77) ou Clichy-sous-Bois (93) ou Plaisir (78)) Vos missions : Accompagner les agences dans le déploiement de la politique Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, Accompagner les agences sur la conformité des habilitations et autorisations du personnel, Suivre les certifications et qualifications de l’entreprise (ISO 26 000, QualiTerritoires et QualiPaysage), Traiter et suivre les Accidents du Travail et Maladies Professionnelles, Suivre les plans d'actions, Réaliser et participer aux audits internes/externes, Visites Comportementales de Sécurité et Visites d'Inspection Chantiers, Animer les quarts d'heure sécurité, Piloter et animer les indicateurs sécurité, Établir et diffuser des retours d'expériences (accidents, incidents et situations dangereuses), Travail collaboratif : Responsable de Région, Responsable d'Agence, Encadrants (en fonction des besoins/spécificités métiers Agence), Co-animer le Plan de Développement des Compétences de l'année N+1 avec les opérationnels et service Développement RH, Établir les bilans QSE pour les Agences du périmètre, Participer à des groupes de travail pour la création/mise à jour de procédures QSE internes, Accompagner les agences dans les échanges avec les organismes officiels (MSA, DREAL, DIRECCTE, …), Animer la démarche QSE (semaine sécurité, prévention des addictions, ...), Suivre et mettre à jour les DUER des filiales. Des déplacements seront à prévoir dans nos agences Serpe Ile de France (Moussy-le-Neuf (77), Bagneaux-sur-Loing (77)) et ses Filiales (SEM Espaces Verts (78), Scandella Paysage (93)). Profil Savoir-faire : Vous êtes titulaire d’un niveau BAC+3 en lien avec le domaine QSE, Vous possédez une expérience minimale de 5 ans sur un poste similaire, Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (dont la suite Google), La maîtrise des normes et certifications (MASE et ISO 45 001) seraient un plus. Savoir-être : Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur et organisation à gérer des sujets variés et simultanés, Vous êtes de nature autonome et curieuse, Vous appréciez travailler de manière collaborative, Vous êtes autonome sur les missions confiées.
