Nous recherchons un Chef d'équipe paysagiste création (H/F) afin d’intégrer et renforcer notre agence d' Eguilles (13) Tes missions : Réaliser des travaux de création (plantation, arrosage automatique, pose de clôture, terrassement,...), Manager son équipe (entre 3 et 5 personnes): guide, forme, contrôle et rectifie si nécessaire la qualité du travail effectué, Organiser et assurer la bonne réalisation des chantiers dans le respect de la demande du client, Participer à faire progresser ses ouvriers, Faire respecter les consignes de sécurité. Profil Savoir-faire : Compétences en arrosage intégré, plantation, petite maçonnerie, maîtrise la conduite de pelle <6T, bonne connaissance des végétaux et de leurs besoins, Idéalement, tu as des connaissances dans la pose de clôture et en petite maçonnerie, Tu bénéficies d'une expérience de 2 ans sur un poste d'encadrement, Tu aimes travailler avec des outils à la pointe de la technologie. Savoir-être : Tu es un leadership, Tu es force de proposition, Tu es pédagogue, Tu apprécies le travail en équipe, Tu es reconnu pour ta rigueur, tes qualités relationnelles avec les clients et les ouvriers, Tu prends soin du matériel, Tu es passionné par la nature et apprécies les activités en extérieur. Pré-requis : Tu es titulaire du permis B et BE (remorque) Tu es titulaire du CACES R482 cat A (mini pelle) Tu coches toutes les cases ? Alors ce poste est pour toi !
