Pour faire face à une activité en pleine croissance, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe espaces verts et relever ensemble de nouveaux défis sur nos chantiers. Ce que vous ferez : Encadrement et coordination d’équipe (entre 3 et 5 personnes) Sécurisation des chantiers Entretien des pelouses (tonte, etc) Taille des haies et des arbustes Application de traitements phytosanitaires Gestion des déchets verts Utilisation et entretien du matériel Assure ponctuellement des travaux d’aménagement paysager Respect des normes de sécurité sur les chantiers Environnement de travail : Vous êtes directement rattaché au conducteur de travaux, vous serez amené à travailler sur des chantiers diverses (copropriété/communes/particulier...) Profil Compétences clés : Techniques d'entretien des espaces verts Connaissance des plantes et des cycles biologiques Normes de sécurité sur les chantiers Savoir-faire : Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'outils et machines d'entretien (tondeuses, taille-haies) Capacité à organiser et planifier les travaux Compétences en gestion d'équipe Savoir-être : Sens de l'organisation et de la planification Leadership et capacité à motiver une équipe Endurance physique et travail en extérieur Diplôme / expérience : Diplôme type BPA/BAC PRO/BTS Aménagements paysagers ET/OU Une expérience significative sur un poste similaire Informations contractuelles Avantages : Mutuelle prise en charge à hauteur de 60%, Plan épargne retraite, Formation professionnelle, Évolution interne, Action logement, CSE.
