Serpentini Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Collision Center team in Tallmadge, OH. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout the repair process. Your goal is to provide a seamless and positive experience, addressing customer inquiries and coordinating with our technicians and insurance providers to facilitate timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions by answering inquiries and providing timely updates regarding collision repairs.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, repair status, and communications.
