Serra Kia Trussville in Birmingham, AL is seeking a dynamic F&I Manager to drive our mission of providing a better automotive buying and ownership experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in arranging financing tailored to their needs while offering additional product options that elevate their vehicle ownership experience.
  • Structure deals strategically to maximize profitability without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Efficiently desk deals, submit lender approvals, make credit decisions, and finalize contracts with precision.
  • Ensure every transaction complies fully with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare thorough paperwork and contracts, delivering a seamless deal closure process.
  • Conduct detailed audits of team deals post-sale to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Expedite the funding of contracts to keep sales cycles fast and efficient.

Requirements

  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Expertise in structuring profitable deals and navigating title laws and registration processes.
  • Professional appearance combined with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and presentation abilities to effectively close deals.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
