Formação: Ensino médio

Modalidade de contrato: prazo indeterminado, após o período de experiência de 90 dias.

Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses na área de manutenção predial

Remuneração: R$ 2.066,00

Benefícios: auxílio alimentação, no valor de R$ 1.430,00; plano de saúde, vale transporte e seguro de vida

Carga horária: 44h semanais

Principais atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

Executar serviços de manutenção predial nas áreas de hidráulica, carpintaria, marcenaria e serralheria, realizando instalações, reparos e conservação de estruturas, móveis, equipamentos e sistemas hidráulicos. Efetuar montagens, desmontagens, ajustes, soldagens e recuperação de componentes diversos, garantindo o adequado funcionamento e conservação das instalações. Solicitar reposições e manutenções quando necessário, além de zelar pela organização do ambiente de trabalho e executar outras atividades compatíveis com a função.

  • Inspeção e identificação de falhas em instalações prediais.
  • Conservação de estruturas, móveis e equipamentos.
  • Planejamento e execução de pequenos reparos.

5. Ferramentas e Equipamentos

  • Identificação e utilização correta de ferramentas manuais e elétricas.
  • Conservação e armazenamento de ferramentas e equipamentos.
  • Manutenção básica de equipamentos utilizados na função.

6. Administração de Materiais

  • Controle e organização de estoque.
  • Armazenamento adequado de materiais.
  • Solicitação e reposição de materiais.
  • Controle de consumo e prevenção de desperdícios.

7. Segurança no Trabalho

  • Normas de segurança aplicáveis às atividades de manutenção.
  • Uso correto de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).
  • Prevenção de acidentes em serviços hidráulicos, marcenaria e soldagem.
  • Organização e sinalização do ambiente de trabalho.
