Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative/Sembach HQ where you will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour.

Hours: Full Time: Tues -Fri 11:30 AM to 8 PM

Saturday-09:30 AM to 6 PM

This is not a fully remote position

The Day to Day:

  • Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment.
  • Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts.
  • Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
  • Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Open to US Citizens only
