The posting

Mission: Vous assurez la direction pédagogique, administrative, financière et organisationnelle de la Division commerciale et contribuez activement au développement de ses différentes filières de formation. Vous êtes rattaché à la direction du Service de la formation postobligatoire et êtes membre du comité de direction du CEJEF. À ce titre, vous pilotez la mise en œuvre et l’évolution des programmes de formation, garantissez la qualité des prestations et veillez au bon fonctionnement de la division. Vous conduisez et accompagnez le personnel enseignant et administratif, supervisez la gestion des élèves et assurez le suivi des ressources humaines, financières et organisationnelles. Vous contribuez au développement de projets pédagogiques et à l’évolution des pratiques de formation, en lien avec les enjeux du monde professionnel. Vous représentez également la division auprès de ses nombreux partenaires institutionnels, économiques et de la formation professionnelle. Profil: Titulaire d’un Master universitaire, vous disposez d’une formation pédagogique reconnue (brevet d’enseignement HEP-BEJUNE ou D1800 au minimum). Le Certificate of advanced studies (CAS) en formation en administration et gestion d’institutions de formation (CAS-FORDIF) constitue un atout, lequel peut également être obtenu en cours d’emploi. Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 2 à 4 années dans la conduite d’une entité, le management d’équipes et la gestion financière, ainsi que d’une expérience confirmée dans l’enseignement postobligatoire, idéalement dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle commerciale. Vous possédez un excellent sens de l’organisation et des priorités et savez fédérer, prendre des décisions et piloter des activités dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution. Vos qualités relationnelles, votre capacité de négociation, votre aisance en matière de communication et votre intérêt pour l’innovation pédagogique complètent votre profil. La maîtrise du français est indispensable ; des connaissances en allemand constituent un atout.
