The posting

Mission: Dans le cadre du développement des ressources numériques du secondaire II, vous êtes en charge d'assurer le support informatique de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs des Divisions du CEJEF situées à Delémont. Vous participez à l'administration, à l'exploitation et à la maintenance des systèmes informatiques. Vous administrez les serveurs physiques et virtuels. Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de communication et de l'infrastructure réseau. Vous gérez les environnements Microsoft, notamment Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server et Microsoft 365. Vous installez, configurez et assurez la maintenance des postes de travail, périphériques et équipements associés. Vous participez à la gestion des sauvegardes et contribuez à la sécurité des systèmes d'information. Vous maintenez à jour la documentation technique. Vous participez aux projets d'évolution et de modernisation de l'infrastructure informatique. Vous collaborez avec les fournisseurs, prestataires et partenaires externes. Profil: Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme ES, ou d'une formation jugée équivalente dans le domaine de l'informatique. Des certifications ou des formations complémentaires en systèmes Microsoft, réseaux, virtualisation constitueraient un atout. Vous êtes idéalement au bénéfice d'une expérience confirmée dans le support aux utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2. Vous disposez de très bonnes connaissances des environnements Microsoft, notamment Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID et Microsoft 365. Vous possédez une expérience dans l'administration de systèmes virtualisés, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en scripting PowerShell et en réseaux informatiques (LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP). Une expérience dans l'administration d'environnements Linux, de même que des connaissances des technologies de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes ou équivalent) constitueraient un avantage. Vous possédez un sens développé du service aux utilisateurs ainsi qu'une bonne aptitude à communiquer avec divers interlocuteurs de niveaux techniques variés. Vous faites également preuve d'une réelle aptitude à accompagner et à conseiller les utilisateurs dans l'adoption des outils numériques et des bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité informatique. Vous êtes capable de travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu'en équipe. Vous savez gérer les priorités et travailler efficacement sous pression, tout en faisant preuve de rigueur et d'un bon sens de l'organisation.
