  • Coordinate operational relationships with third-party vendors and platforms, including user administration, implementation support, adoption tracking, issue resolution, and business-review preparation.
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, equipment planning, and vendor-management activities.
  • Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, logistics, LMS administration, content governance, reporting, and training records.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading or developing an administrative, coordinator, operations, or project-support role.
  • Strong project-management, communication, vendor-management, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and related productivity and reporting tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
