Agent·e de détention EDPR72

L’EEPB et l’EDPR sont deux établissements de détention fermés, de niveau de sécurité élevée. Le premier est chargé de l'exécution des peines et des mesures de personnes détenues aux profils variés. Il est notamment spécialisé dans l’accueil à long terme, la recherche d’évolution comportementale et la préparation échelonnée à la libération. Le second est notamment spécialisé dans l’accueil d’urgence, la détention avant jugement, la recherche d’évolution comportementale et la préparation à la libération à court terme. Tous deux se concentrent sur l’intervention dans des situations complexes ou impliquant des troubles psychiatriques.

Vos missions En tant qu'agent·e de détention, vous êtes chargé·e de surveiller et d'encadrer les personnes détenues, dans le respect des règlements et de la sécurité au sein de l'établissement. Vous accompagnez quotidiennement des personnes détenues lors des promenades, visites, activités culturelles et de loisirs. En facilitant les relations des personnes incarcérées avec l'extérieur, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en contribuant activement tant à leur développement social qu'à leur réinsertion dans le respect de leurs droits fondamentaux. Enfin, les échanges avec différents partenaires font partie intégrante de vos missions, qui s'exercent selon des horaires variés, comprenant des services de nuit et de week-end.

Votre profil Titulaire d’un CFC ou d’un diplôme équivalent, vous êtes âgé·e d'au minimum 25 ans. Une expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité et une excellente forme physique constituent des atouts (des tests physiques et une visite médicale pourront être exigés dans le cadre du recrutement). Doté·e d'un réel esprit d'équipe, vous savez faire preuve d’ouverture d’esprit, d’écoute active et de discernement, y compris dans la gestion de situation conflictuelles. Votre autorité naturelle vous permet de faire respecter les règles avec assurance, tout en incarnant un modèle d’exemplarité. Vos compétences sociales vous amènent à faire preuve d'empathie, tout en maintenant la distance professionnelle nécessaire. Vous disposez également d'une bonne maîtrise de la langue française et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels. Prérequis : domiciliation en Suisse ; permis de conduire de catégorie B ; casier judiciaire et extrait du registre des poursuites vierges. Dans le cadre de votre emploi, vous suivrez la formation de base menant au brevet fédéral d'agent·e de détention au Centre suisse de compétences en matière d'exécutions des sanctions pénales (CSCSP) à Fribourg ; vous serez assermenté·e.
