Aufgaben

Wir erweitern zum 01.11.2026 unser im Februar neu gegründetes Kundenbetreuungs-Team am Standort Nürnberg. In dieser neuen, herausfordernden Aufgabe kümmerst Du Dich mit Leidenschaft, Fachkompetenz und hoher Kundenorientierung um die Abwicklung der Vergütung von Stromerzeugung aus Photovoltaik-Anlagen nach dem Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG) für unseren Kunden N-ERGIE Netz GmbH:

  • Du bearbeitest komplexe Prozesse im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung- sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für eine ordnungsgemäße Abrechnung von Erzeugeranlagen (Photovoltaik)
  • Du übernimmst Rechnungskorrekturen
  • Du nimmst bei Bedarf telefonischen oder schriftlichen Kontakt auf zu den privaten und gewerblichen Betreibern von EEG-Anlagen

Für einen erfolgreichen Start in diese verantwortungsvolle und spannende Aufgabe bieten wir Dir eine intensive Einarbeitung. Diese findet von November 2026 bis einschließlich Januar 2027 im Rahmen einer internen Vollzeitschulung statt.

Profil

  • Du bringst idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit - oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung / Quereinsteiger/innen sind willkommen!
  • Du besitzt Erfahrungen im Kundenservice / idealerweise in der Energiebranche
  • Du fühlst Dich sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen
  • Du bist offen, freundlich und kommunikativ
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team und hast Lust Dich weiterzuentwickeln
