Ready to shape the architecture behind a leading SaaS platform?

ServiceChannel is looking for a hands-on Manager of Application Architecture to lead a global team of Application Architects while driving the technical direction of our SaaS platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead application and quality architecture strategy
  • Drive modernization, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Establish architecture standards and engineering guardrails
  • Partner across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Security, and AI
  • Mentor and develop a global team of architects

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years in software engineering with architecture experience
  • Leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Strong expertise in .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, APIs, microservices, and cloud
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, CI/CD, test automation, and observability
  • A passion for building great technology and great teams

Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 109,700.00 - 183,200.00.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
