Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • The Unified Security and Exposure Management (USEM) team equips the modern CISO organization to see, prioritize, and remediate risk across the enterprise attack surface. We are looking for a leader to define the next generation of these product lines as AI-native by design, built for the post-mythos world reshaping how CISOs manage cyber risk, prioritize remediation, and operationalize security outcomes at scale. This is a very strategic position for our company. As a Sr. Director of Product Management you will lead product innovation, influence product direction, define architecture, and ensure the quality of enterprise-grade security products.
  • As a Sr. Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of Product Managers in the ideation, defining, designing, and development of the next generation of USEM. You will lead by example on the defining challenge of this space — building AI-native, agentic security operations that enterprises can trust to run at scale, grounded in the data, workflows, and integrations their security programs already depend on — solving complex business problems for the CISO organization in a high-energy, startup-like environment with experienced industry leaders and a highly collaborative team.
  • This role will require you to interface with large-enterprise customers, CISOs, and internal teams across the platform and security portfolio — understand the evolving needs of security teams and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that reduce risk. The successful candidate will have an established background in enterprise cybersecurity, a track record of defining product roadmaps focused on top-line growth and getting customers to value, strong technical depth & excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. You understand what it takes to make AI dependable inside mission-critical enterprise workflows — the reliability, governance, and grounding in real data and systems that security operations demand.
  • Deep cyber domain expertise in one or more of CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), cloud security, vulnerability management, or SIEM — with real fluency in how a CISO organization operates, buys, and measures success.
  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade products sold to large enterprises, including a strong understanding of how to architect and build on large-scale platforms that leverage shared services.
  • Establish a compelling vision for USEM and provide thought leadership across the interconnected security portfolio.
  • Drive product roadmap to deliver innovation, collaborating closely with different product lines and driving to a common goal.
  • Work closely with architects and engineering directors to design reliable, secure, and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience.
  • Comfortable with a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress, and success across a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • 12+ years of product management, engineering, or relevant industry experience in high tech, enterprise software, or cybersecurity.
  • Desirable
  • AI or agentic product experience delivered inside enterprise workflows at scale — pairing governance, reliability, and explainability with modern AI capabilities.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Platform or a comparable large-scale enterprise platform.
  • Direct experience developing or managing products in the CTEM, vulnerability management, cloud security, or SIEM space.
  • Experience leading a major platform transition, category-defining launch, or new-category creation in enterprise security software.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
