Data & Analytics Solution Sales Executive（SSE）は、AI、データ、アナリティクスを通じてお客様のビジネスを変革するための技術的知見を備えた、プロフェッショナルなデータ＆アナリティクス営業人材向けのポジションです。ServiceNowのD&Aビジネス形成において重要な役割を担い、ServiceNow AI Platform上で「インサイトからアクションへ」を実現する、刺激的かつ変革的なユースケースに取り組みます。

このポジションは、ディスカバリーセッションをリードし、バリューベースのセリングを活用しながら、お客様固有の優先事項とユースケースを通じて、測定可能なビジネス成果を提供していきます。またSSEには、プレゼンテーションやデモを行い、お客様がServiceNowのD&Aソリューションへの投資に確信を持てるよう支援する技術的な対応力が必要です。

【主な役割】

  • コアのAccount Executiveと共同で主担当を務め、商談創出から受注、継続的な活用まで、D&Aのセールスサイクルをエンドツーエンドでリードする。
  • 担当アカウントに対して、D&Aポートフォリオ全体（Workflow Data Fabric、RaptorDB Pro、Data Apps、Autonomous Analytics）を担当し、販売する。
  • ServiceNowのD&Aソリューションを、お客様のAI、リアルタイムアナリティクス、データ戦略の基盤として位置付ける戦略的なD&Aアカウントプランを策定する。特に既存ServiceNow顧客における新規ビジネスの創出に注力する。
  • データ、アナリティクス、AIのリーダーに対し、ディスカバリー、価値ベースの対話、技術プレゼンテーション、デモをリードし、優先事項や課題を明らかにするとともに、AI活用に向けたデータのモダナイゼーション施策を加速する。
  • CDAO（Chief Data and Analytics Officer）を含むお客様の技術・データ担当エグゼクティブ、データエンジニアリング、データガバナンス、アナリティクスの各部門に加え、ServiceNow Platform OwnerおよびCIOとの関係を構築し、認知向上と意思決定への影響力を高める。

資格

  • D&Aセールスを中心とする3年以上のフィールドセールス経験。
  • AI、データ、アナリティクスに関する技術的な対応力。エグゼクティブ、ServiceNow Platform Owner、データ＆アナリティクスのリーダーに対して、信頼性のあるディスカバリー、価値訴求、ユースケース特定を行い、プレゼンテーションとデモを実施できること。
  • 従量課金型モデルの経験、および初回販売後のお客様の活用拡大を推進した経験。
  • 自ら進んで行動し、実務にも深く関与できるソートリーダーとして、スピード感のあるマトリクス型の製品・営業・GTM環境で業務を遂行できること。
  • 技術部門とビジネス部門の双方のステークホルダーに対する、優れたコミュニケーション能力と関係構築力。
  • 主要な購買担当者に加えて、第二の購買担当者またはインフルエンサーを開拓するなど、アカウント内で複数の部門や関係者との接点を構築した実績。

その他の情報

  • AI関連ソリューションの提案経験。
  • Tableau、ThoughtSpot、Power BI、Qlik、Oracle AnalyticsなどのアナリティクスまたはBIの知見または販売経験。
  • クラウドデータウェアハウス、データ統合、ガバナンスを含むモダンデータプラットフォームに関する知見。
  • Databricks、Snowflake、Palantirの知見または販売経験、およびより広範なデータ市場への理解。
