The posting

Ready to be a Titan?

The Sr. Analyst - Business Operations & Strategy (Property Care GTM Focus) is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, partnering directly with Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership to build the top of the funnel for ServiceTitan's Property Care business. The Strategy & Operations team builds and maintains the foundation that allows ServiceTitan to hit its goals in new customer acquisition, Customer Implementation, Gross and Net Revenue Retention, Adoption, and Sentiment.

This role focuses on the front half of the customer journey for Property Care: how pipeline is generated, forecasted, and converted, and how customers are handed off into Onboarding. As the Property Care sales team ramps and an outbound motion for trades customers is built from scratch, this role will provide the analytics, planning, and operating cadence that leaders rely on. You will also partner with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to keep the experience consistent from first touch through go-live.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Analytics and Forecasting

  • Use SQL / Tableau to build data sets and dashboards that give Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership a single view of pipeline health and its leading indicators
  • Connect pipeline to downstream outcomes (time to onboard, adoption, retention) to show which segments and deal types perform best
  • Own pipeline reporting and forecasting for Property Care Sales (coverage, conversion, velocity, forecast accuracy), and run the weekly and monthly forecast reviews with senior leadership

Value Story and Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing to articulate the Property Care value story for each segment and trade, grounded in customer data and ROI analysis
  • Build the business cases and proof points reps need in the field, such as routing efficiency, adoption benchmarks, and migration outcomes
  • Synthesize win/loss and customer feedback into clear inputs for messaging, pricing, packaging, and the product roadmap

GTM Leadership Partnership

  • Work with GTM leaders as the sales team ramps: territory and segment design, capacity and quota planning, rep ramp tracking, and target setting
  • Maintain the Property Care GTM operating cadence, including planning inputs, decision tracking, and alignment across Sales, Onboarding, Product, and RevOps
  • Identify friction in the Sales-to-Onboarding handoff and design the process fixes that improve time to value

Outbound Motion with the SDR Organization

  • Partner with SDR leadership to design and stand up an outbound sales motion for Property Care trades, including target account lists, ICP definition, sequencing, and lead routing
  • Define the metrics, dashboards, and experiments that show what is working from outreach to meetings booked to qualified pipeline
  • Iterate on the motion with SDR and Sales based on conversion data, and document the playbook so it can scale

Special Projects

  • Fully own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through ongoing execution and iteration

What You'll Bring

  • 2-4+ years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
  • Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to run faster end-to-end analyses and build/test solutions independently
  • Functional experience in revenue operations / business operations / sales operations within the SaaS space is preferred
  • Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting, working alongside Sales and/or SDR teams, and using a CRM such as Salesforce (sales engagement or outbound tooling a plus)
  • Experience running quantitative analyses and publishing findings in dashboard format (e.g. strong experience with Excel/GSheets, Tableau, SQL)
  • Proven track record of using analytics to drive results and inform strategic decisions
  • Ability to turn data into a clear customer value narrative and concrete action plans, and to manage execution
  • To be energized by ambiguity and dynamic environments, including building a new sales motion from scratch, while moving fast
  • Detail-oriented with strong storytelling skills, able to present findings and recommendations clearly and simplify complex problems for cross-functional stakeholders at all levels

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
