Tražimo odgovornu i tehnički usmjerenu osobu za radno mjesto IT tehničara / servisera informatičke i uredske opreme (m/ž). Ako se dobro snalaziš s računalima, voliš rješavati tehničke probleme i odgovara ti posao koji kombinira rad u servisu, rad s korisnicima i povremeni rad na terenu, voljeli bismo te upoznati. Opis posla: •dijagnostika, servis i održavanje stolnih i prijenosnih računala •instalacija i konfiguracija Windows operativnih sustava, upravljačkih programa i programske opreme •dijagnostika i otklanjanje hardverskih i softverskih kvarova •zamjena i ugradnja računalnih komponenti •održavanje i osnovna administracija računalnih mreža •instalacija i konfiguracija mrežne opreme •spajanje i konfiguracija računala, pisača i ostale opreme u mreži •instalacija, konfiguracija, održavanje i servis pisača i multifunkcijskih uređaja •rad s uređajima proizvođača Canon, HP, Lexmark i drugih •dijagnostika kvarova na pisačima i zamjena potrošnih i rezervnih dijelova •pružanje tehničke podrške korisnicima •udaljena i terenska podrška korisnicima •rad s poslovnim korisnicima, školama, vrtićima, općinama i tvrtkama •priprema i instalacija nove informatičke opreme •vođenje osnovne evidencije obavljenih servisa i radnih naloga Što očekujemo od kandidata: •SSS tehničkog ili informatičkog usmjerenja •dobro poznavanje računala, računalnih komponenti i Windows operativnih sustava •osnovno poznavanje računalnih mreža (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP i sl.) •sposobnost samostalnog dijagnosticiranja i rješavanja tehničkih problema •spremnost na učenje i usvajanje novih znanja •odgovornost, urednost i pouzdanost u radu •dobre komunikacijske vještine i profesionalan odnos prema korisnicima •sposobnost samostalnog rada, ali i rada u timu •vozačka dozvola B kategorije •Prednost imaju kandidati koji imaju •prethodno iskustvo na poslovima IT tehničara ili servisera •iskustvo u servisu računala i prijenosnih računala •iskustvo sa servisiranjem pisača, kopirnih i multifunkcijskih uređaja •iskustvo s Canon, HP i Lexmark uređajima •iskustvo s Windows Server okruženjem •iskustvo s korisničkim računima, dijeljenim mapama i pravima pristupa •iskustvo s Microsoft 365 / Office okruženjem •iskustvo s mrežnom opremom i konfiguracijom lokalnih mreža •Prethodno iskustvo sa servisiranjem pisača i kopirnih uređaja je prednost, ali nije nužan uvjet ako kandidat ima dobro tehničko predznanje i želju za učenjem.
