Park Area Ambassador

What you get to do: Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and park areas Sweep debris from pathways while scanning landscape for trash Change trash bags Maintain hand washing stations Interact with park guests and answer guest questions Direct guests to attractions Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities Stock restroom supplies Maintain/organize storage closet Notify leadership of any supplies needed Ensure safe and efficient line speed and crowd flow through stadiums Complete opening and closing procedures Assist with park emergencies, including inclement weather Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: Must be at least 16 years old Commitment to exceptional guest service Strong team player Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills Ability to pass all necessary training Ability to remain calm, troubleshoot and make quick decisions in stressful situations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for entire shift Ability to climb on ladders, stadium steps, and uneven surfaces Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 300 lbs. on a cart with assistance Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions Scheduling flexibility Compensation: 13.00 USD The perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as: FREE park admission Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Scholarship opportunities Exclusive employee events and giveaways EEO Employer: SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
