Promover a saúde e segurança das pessoas trabalhadoras em seus ambientes laborais, identificando riscos ocupacionais e implementando medidas que assegurem a prevenção de acidentes e doenças relacionadas ao trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar, quando necessário, na operação técnica em clientes estratégicos. Participar de ações da instituição em eventos, reforçando os atributos do negócio e propósitos da marca, garantindo o reconhecimento, preferência e convicção da indústria. Buscar a satisfação dos clientes, através do acompanhamento da execução dos serviços durante a jornada do cliente, acompanhando e tratando situações adversas em conjunto com as áreas envolvidas. Estruturar soluções técnicas customizadas para clientes estratégicos, atuando no relacionamento técnico e na satisfação do cliente. Implantar e apoiar na revisão dos processos operacionais, no intuito de aumentar a eficiência e a qualidade, atuando com metodologias de gestão de processos, identificando gargalos, analisando fluxos de trabalho e propondo eventuais melhorias. Monitorar a execução das atividades e serviços, sob o viés técnico, de acordo com os padrões de qualidade, procedimentos operacionais, normas e políticas da empresa, identificando a necessidade de correções nos padrões e processos e implantando modificações no intuito de promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua. Treinar as equipes técnicas na execução dos procedimentos, modelos, processos e a execução dos serviços relativos ao negócio, garantindo a confiabilidade técnica e legal, propondo melhorias com foco na inovação, na transformação digital, na excelência operacional, na geração de inteligência como base do processo de gestão e tomada de decisão, aumentando a eficiência e qualidade dos serviços. Analisar dados, elaborar e apresentar relatórios operacionais e gerenciais referentes à Segurança do Trabalho. Apoiar na implementação de campanhas de conscientização sobre segurança do trabalho definidas pelo Negócio de SSI. Implementar sistemas de gestão de segurança do trabalho. Buscar soluções técnicas para os problemas de segurança do trabalho identificados. Recomendar medidas de controle para eliminar ou minimizar os riscos ocupacionais. Monitorar a eficácia das medidas de controle de riscos existentes nos programas legais. Realizar palestras e intervenções educativas em segurança do trabalho. Realizar treinamentos em clientes estratégicos, conforme proficiência, qualificação e formação requerida.
