The posting

• Navrhovat, vytvářet a udržovat sady výkonnostních testů (zátěžových, zátěžových do krajních podmínek, dlouhodobých a nárazových) pro webové služby, API a backendové systémy.• Vytvářet a udržovat skripty pro výkonnostní testování pomocí nástroje K6 nebo srovnatelných nástrojů.• Ve spolupráci s produktovými a vývojovými týmy stanovovat kritéria přijatelné výkonnosti a cíle úrovně služeb (SLO).• Zavádět do systémů nástroje pro APM a monitorování, například Splunk nebo obdobné nástroje, a vyhodnocovat výsledky v širších souvislostech.• Identifikovat úzká místa na úrovni aplikací, databází a infrastruktury a aktivně spolupracovat s vývojáři na jejich odstranění.• Začleňovat výkonnostní testy do procesů CI/CD tak, aby bylo možné odhalit zhoršení výkonnosti ještě před nasazením do produkčního prostředí.• Připravovat srozumitelné zprávy s konkrétními doporučeními pro technické i netechnické cílové skupiny.• Prosazovat osvědčené postupy v oblasti výkonnostního inženýrství v širší komunitě pracovníků QA a vývoje.• Pokročilá znalost alespoň jednoho moderního nástroje pro zátěžové testování; přednostně K6, vítány jsou také JMeter, Gatling, Locust nebo Taurus.• Programátorské dovednosti potřebné k tvorbě, ladění a údržbě testovacích skriptů a nástrojů (JavaScript, Python, Go nebo podobné jazyky).• Dobrá znalost protokolů a technologií HTTP/REST, WebSockets, gRPC a asynchronního zasílání zpráv (Kafka, RabbitMQ) z hlediska výkonnostního testování.• Zkušenosti s nástroji pro monitorování a observabilitu, včetně práce s metrikami, trasováním a logy.• Znalost principů CI/CD a začleňování testů do automatizovaných procesů (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions apod.).• Schopnost číst a vyhodnocovat výpisy vláken, logy garbage collectoru (GC), plamenné grafy (flame graphs) a výstupy profilerů.ZAM.
