O que a empresa faz:

  • Transporte de Passageiros: Oferece viagens de ônibus com foco em conforto e segurança para diversos destinos.
  • Aluguel de Ônibus: Disponibiliza frotas de veículos com variados tamanhos e capacidades para fretamento e turismo.
  • Transporte de Encomendas: Realiza o envio e a entrega de cargas e volumes entre diferentes localidades e a região de Paulo Afonso, na Bahia.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil comercial e técnico, capaz de representar a marca, fortalecer relacionamento com clientes e impulsionar as vendas.

➡️ Principais atividades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes e contratos de transporte. Fazer contato com empresas por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.
  • Acompanhar oportunidades em empresas como indústrias, usinas, mineração, universidades e órgãos públicos.
  • Identificar licitações e oportunidades de contratação.
  • Preparar e enviar propostas comerciais.
  • Montar cotações de ônibus, micro-ônibus, vans e transporte de passageiros.
  • Fazer follow-up das propostas enviadas.
  • Manter cadastro e histórico dos clientes.
  • Acompanhar contratos próximos do vencimento para buscar renovação.
  • Levantar documentos necessários para cadastro em portais de fornecedores.
  • Alimentar uma planilha/CRM com cliente, contato, proposta, valor, prazo, situação e próximo passo.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o financeiro e operacional para verificar custos antes de apresentar preços.

  • Boa comunicação.
  • Facilidade para negociar.
  • Organização.
  • Conhecimento Pacote Office (Excel/Word)
  • Boa escrita para e-mails e propostas.
  • Habilidade com WhatsApp Business.
  • Disponibilidade para visitar clientes.
  • Experiência com vendas B2B, transporte, licitações e prestação de serviços.
  • Informática básica.

➡️ Horário:

  • Segunda a sexta: das 08:00h às 12:00h e 14:00h às 18:00h
  • Sábado: 08:00 às 12:00

➡️ Contrato: CLT

➡️ Remuneração:

  • Salário fixo atraente
  • Comissão por venda
  • Ticket-refeição.
