Deine Aufgaben

Als Produktveredler (m/w/d) richtest du Maschinen und Anlagen in Veredlungsunternehmen oder in Veredlungsabteilungen ein. Du hälst diese instand und sorgst für eine optimale Warenqualität. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Anwendung von Textilveredlungsverfahren, die Erfassung der physikalischen und chemischen Zusammenhänge sowie das Auswählen von Prüfverfahren und -mitteln. Ein weiterer Aspekt deiner Tätigkeit ist das Durchführen von Qualitätsprüfungen und optische Messungen. Als Produktveredler führst du Ansatz- und Rezepturberechnungen durch, prüfst und optimiertst diese. Du wählst Werk-, Betriebs-, und Hilfsstoffe nach Eigenschaften, Verwendungszweck und Kundenanforderungen aus. Weiterhin kümmerst du dich auch um Maßnahmen zur Durchführung von Wasserver- und entsorgung. Außerdem ist der Umweltschutz ein wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Ausbildung.

Dein Profil

Für diesen Beruf solltest du Interesse an technischen Entwicklungen, mechanisches und technisches Verständnis, motorisches Geschick und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe haben. Grundlage dafür ist ein ordentlicher Schulabschluss.
