Meewerkstage HRM bij Settels Savenije (Eindhoven)

Locatie: Strijp-T, Eindhoven Periode: Vanaf februari 2026 Duur: Minimaal 4 maanden (fulltime, 32–40 uur per week) Opleidingsniveau: HBO (HRM of vergelijkbaar)

Wie zijn wij? Bij Settels Savenije combineren we hoogwaardige technologie met een passie voor mensen. We ontwerpen, bouwen en testen hightech producten en machines voor toonaangevende klanten. Ons team werkt aan innovatieve oplossingen op het gebied van precisie mechanica, vacuümtechniek, mechatronica en machinebouw. Zodra iets onmogelijk lijkt, wordt het voor ons pas echt interessant. Binnen Settels geloven we dat groei, samenwerking en plezier de basis vormen van succes – ook binnen onze HR-afdeling.

Jouw stage bij Settels Savenije Vanaf februari 2026 zoeken we een enthousiaste meewerkstagiair(e) HRM die wil bijdragen aan een sterke en toekomstgerichte HR-organisatie. Je komt terecht in een professioneel en betrokken team dat werkt voor al onze collega’s binnen Settels. Samen zorgen we dat alles rondom instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom soepel verloopt – met aandacht voor mens én organisatie.

Wat ga je doen? Je draait volledig mee binnen het HR-team en krijgt de kans om te ontdekken wat werken in HR binnen een hightechbedrijf écht inhoudt. Je houdt je bezig met o.a.: - Ondersteunen bij werving en selectie van nieuwe collega’s - Opstellen van documenten voor nieuwe en vertrekkende medewerkers - Beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden - Beheren van personeelsinformatie en administratieve processen - Meewerken aan onboardingprogramma’s voor nieuwe medewerkers - Ondersteunen bij HR-projecten zoals vitaliteit, employer branding of opleidingsbeleid - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen de HR-afdeling - Bijdragen aan HR-beleid en personeelsontwikkeling

Kortom: een veelzijdige stage waarin je leert, meedoet, verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en vooral veel kunt ontdekken over jezelf én het HR-vak.

Wie ben jij? - Je volgt een HBO-opleiding HRM (of vergelijkbaar) - Je bent beschikbaar vanaf februari 2026 voor minimaal 4 maanden - Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en leergierig - Je denkt in oplossingen en pakt dingen zelfstandig op - Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken in een team waar ook gelachen wordt 😉 - En je hebt interesse in de dynamiek van een hightech omgeving
