Dan hebben wij een leuke en vooral flexibele functie voor je!Als Administratief Medewerker Recruitment ondersteun je onze recruiters bij het vinden van geschikte kandidaten voor vacatures binnen de bouw- en vastgoedsector. Je bekijkt welke kandidaten uit onze database goed aansluiten bij openstaande vacatures en bekijkt profielen op LinkedIn.Ervaring in recruitment is niet nodig. Wij leren je hoe je gericht zoekt, waar je op moet letten en hoe je een goede match herkent. En het fijne? Je werktijden zijn flexibel in te delen. WAT GA JE DOEN?Je zoekt geschikte kandidaten en koppelt kandidaten aan passende vacatures. Daarnaast houd je onze database actueel en leer je steeds slimmer zoeken naar de juiste match. Je hoeft geen sollicitatiegesprekken te voeren of vacatures te verkopen. De focus ligt op zoeken, vergelijken en matchen.WAT BIEDEN WE JOU?Je ontvangt een salaris tussen 2.600 en 3.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en uren, met een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling. Daarnaast bieden we flexibele werktijden, begeleiding, doorgroeimogelijkheden, een goede pensioenregeling, reiskostenvergoeding en dagelijks vers fruit en goede koffie.WAT BRENG JE MEE?Recruitmentervaring is niet nodig. Je volgt of hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding afgerond, beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig. Je bent digitaal vaardig, maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen en vindt het leuk om informatie te zoeken en te vergelijken. Je komt terecht in een klein, ambitieus en gezellig team op ons kantoor in Montfoort. We werken hard, maar maken ook tijd voor ontspanning.
