Job Responsibilities:

  • Make inbound/outbound chat&/calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
  • Introduce and promote products, services, or current offers.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and interests.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing or sales team.

Sales & Appointment Setting:

  • Promote and sell products or services to interested prospects.
  • Use persuasive communication to highlight key benefits.
  • Conduct simple surveys or gather customer feedback.
  • Schedule appointments for student advisors with qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects who showed interest but haven’t decided yet.

Compliance & Quality:

  • Stay updated on products and services to answer customer questions.
  • Follow call scripts while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.
  • Handle customer objections with tact and professionalism.
  • Submit regular reports on call performance and results.
  • Join training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Service-minded and customer-focused.
  • Proven sales skills — able to pitch and close deals.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
  • Having experience in Education Industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willing to work on weekends and with shifting system (off-days between Monday–Friday).
