  • Melakukan panggilan keluar (outbound chat/calls) kepada calon pelanggan dari daftar atau database yang telah disediakan.
  • Memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk, layanan, atau penawaran yang sedang berlangsung.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengkualifikasi calon pelanggan (leads) dengan memahami kebutuhan dan minat mereka.
  • Mencatat dan memperbarui informasi pelanggan secara akurat di sistem CRM.
  • Memberikan masukan dan wawasan kepada tim pemasaran atau penjualan.
  • Memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan skrip panggilan atau strategi penjualan.

- Penjualan & Penjadwalan Janji Temu:

  • Mempromosikan dan menjual produk atau layanan kepada calon pelanggan yang berminat.
  • Menggunakan komunikasi yang persuasif untuk menonjolkan manfaat utama produk atau layanan.
  • Melakukan survei sederhana atau mengumpulkan umpan balik dari pelanggan.
  • Menjadwalkan janji temu antara calon pelanggan yang memenuhi kualifikasi dengan Student Advisor.
  • Melakukan tindak lanjut (follow-up) kepada calon pelanggan yang menunjukkan ketertarikan tetapi belum mengambil keputusan.

- Kepatuhan & Kualitas:

  • Selalu memperbarui pengetahuan mengenai produk dan layanan agar dapat menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan.
  • Mengikuti skrip panggilan dengan tetap menjaga percakapan agar terasa natural dan menarik.
  • Menangani keberatan atau penolakan pelanggan dengan sopan dan profesional.
  • Membuat laporan rutin mengenai performa dan hasil panggilan.
  • Mengikuti sesi pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan penjualan.

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki orientasi pelayanan dan fokus terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan penjualan yang terbukti, termasuk kemampuan melakukan pitching dan mencapai closing.
  • Minimal memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang telemarketing atau layanan pelanggan (customer service).
  • Pengalaman di industri pendidikan (Education Industry) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan mendengarkan secara aktif yang baik.
