Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Adult Day Health REQUIRED TO APPLY: Active CNA Certification. Fluent in English required. 📍 Location: Brockton Med Adult Day Center | 25 Christy's Drive Brockton MA 02301💰 Wage: $18.00/hour🕐 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PMNo Weekends or Evening Shifts! Join Sevita's Adult Day Health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and individuals with disabilities! As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and support participants' health, safety, and overall well-being in a welcoming, community-based environment.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred, ideally supporting older adults or individuals with disabilities. Current CPR/First Aid certification required. Fluent in English Required. Comfortable assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities. Ability to safely perform physical duties, including lifting and assisting participants. Strong communication skills, compassion, and attention to detail. Ability to travel as needed.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on personal care, including hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility, and daily living assistance. Monitor participant health and safety, assist with medications as authorized, and respond to changes in condition or emergencies. Support daily activities, social engagement, meals, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with nursing staff to provide compassionate, person-centered care while ensuring confidentiality.
