What You'll Do

Help people work toward goals like budgeting, exercise, and healthy eating Assist with personal care, including hygiene, with dignity and respect Give medications safely once you're certified Support people who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs Join people at community outings and their favorite activities Build trusted relationships with leaders who trust you to do what's right

What We're Looking For

At least 18 years old or older High school diploma/GED required (or 5 years of documented caregiving experience) A valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history and no restrictions, plus access to a registered, insured vehicle Ability to complete required background checks No experience required. If you’re patient and treat others with dignity and respect, we’ll train you for the role. Experience in human services or direct care is a plus Compassionate and dependable, with a genuine desire to help others succeed
