Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while providing direct services to individuals we support. Help ensure individual goals, objectives, and company expectations are met. Participate in community outings and house orientations for new employees. Serve as a positive role model and help ensure documentation is accurate and completed on time. Assist with staffing needs and staff recruitment. Review individual progress and coordinate and implement shift objectives. Provide skills training, job coaching, and behavior support according to the Individual Plan and treatment team recommendations. Help create a positive, supportive environment where both individuals and staff can succeed.

  ✅ What You’ll Need

Previous managerial or supervisory experience required High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience providing direct services in the human services field. Valid, non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year. Current vehicle registration and auto insurance. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach. Commitment to providing quality services.

  🚗 Preliminary Requirements

Proof of a non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year. Ability to attend orientation Tuesday–Friday during daytime hours.
