In dieser Führungsposition übernehmen Sie die disziplinarische Leitung eines dezentral aufgestellten Teams von Applikationsingenieurinnen und Applikationsingenieuren an an den Standorten Stuttgart, Bruchsal und Ulm.

Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung einer Gruppe von 12 Mitarbeitenden an drei Standorten

Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung von Kompetenzen, Ressourcen und Arbeitsmethoden

Technische Beratung und operative Verantwortung in Kooperation mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst bei komplexen Kundenprojekten in den Bereichen Antriebstechnik, Automatisierung, Motion Control und Robotik

Entwicklung technischer Lösungsansätze sowie Analyse und Bearbeitung von Eskalationen und Reklamationen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Entwicklung und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Konzeption und Realisierung innovativer Kundenlösungen und neuer Technologien

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Antriebstechnik, Motion Control sowie Automatisierungs- und Systemtechnik

Erfahrung mit technischen Kundenprojekten in der Antriebstechnik von der Konzeption bis zur Realisierung

Kenntnisse in industrieller Kommunikation, Systemintegration, Robotik-Anwendungen und SPS-Programmierung

Idealerweise erste fachliche oder disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
