About the Role

Currently this position involves efficient control of all inventory systems and the flow of parts in and out of the warehouse within the guidelines set forth by ISO 9002.

Pay Range: $112,847 - $125,386 annually

Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or related Certifications for this role.

  • Determine and service the customer’s needs within the guidelines of the company.
  • Understand and follow requirements of U S Customs for our inventory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions.
  • Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner. Ability to appropriately handle stress and interact with others.

Top five actual tasks for this position:

  • Lead the inventory, production control, clerical and logistics staff; track performance metrics, resolve unexpected parts needs and inbound delivery issues with creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Forecast demand to meet customer needs while preventing overstock and minimizing carrying costs.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight carriers, shipping costs, and warehouse operations.
  • Oversee purchasing from requisition to payment and ensuring accuracy.
  • Source, negotiate with and manage suppliers to obtain the best cost, quality and lead times.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
