Vill du arbeta i en bred och operativ Finance-roll där ekonomi möter avtal, data och system? Vi söker en Royalty Controller som trivs med löpande ekonomiarbete och samtidigt vill bidra till att utveckla våra processer och arbetssätt.

Om rollen

Som Royalty Controller arbetar du med hela royaltyprocessen – från att tolka avtal och hantera underlag till att beräkna, stämma av och rapportera royalty. Du får många kontaktytor, både inom SF Studios och med externa rättighetshavare och samarbetspartner.

Rollen kombinerar återkommande arbetsuppgifter med analys, problemlösning och utveckling. Du behöver förstå hur avtal, ekonomisk information och system hänger ihop och tycka om att följa frågor hela vägen till lösning.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Beräkna och rapportera royalty enligt avtal samt säkerställa korrekta och punktliga avräkningar.
  • Hantera och kvalitetssäkra stora datamängder och rapporteringsunderlag.
  • Arbeta med avstämningar, betalningsunderlag och reserveringar i samband med rapportering och bokslut.
  • Analysera utfall, identifiera avvikelser och utreda skillnader i underlag och beräkningar.
  • Tolka avtalsvillkor och säkerställa att de hanteras korrekt i royaltyprocessen.
  • Följa upp informationsflöden mellan FilmTrack och Unit4 samt utreda fel och systemfrågor.
  • Samarbeta med Finance, IT och andra interna funktioner samt ha kontakt med rättighetshavare.
  • Bidra till kravställning, tester och uppföljning vid systemförändringar.
  • Förbättra och automatisera återkommande arbetsmoment och utveckla rutiner och kontroller.

Tjänsten är på heltid och du rapporterar till SF Studios CFO Jörgen Edberg. Du kommer att vara placerad på vårt nya kontor i Hagastaden, i Stockholm. Vi tror på värdet av att arbeta nära verksamheten och varandra, och därför utgår vi ifrån kontoret 5 dagar i veckan.

Vem är du?

Du har en relevant utbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande kunskaper genom arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har en god ekonomisk förståelse, är van att arbeta i Excel och känner dig bekväm med att hantera och analysera större datamängder.

Du är nyfiken på system och vill förstå hur information flödar mellan olika delar av en process. Erfarenhet av royalty, avtalshantering eller system som FilmTrack och Unit4 är meriterande, men du behöver inte ha arbetat med just royalty tidigare.

Vi ser gärna att du har praktisk erfarenhet av generativ AI, exempelvis ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot eller liknande, och är nyfiken på hur verktygen kan användas i det dagliga arbetet.

Som person är du noggrann, analytisk och ansvarstagande. Du trivs med löpande arbete, håller ordning på detaljerna och ser samtidigt möjligheter att förenkla och förbättra. Du är en prestigelös lagspelare som hjälper kollegor och bidrar till att teamets arbete fungerar som helhet.

Du kommunicerar väl på svenska och engelska. Vi lägger stor vikt vid potential, driv och utvecklingsvilja – du behöver inte ha lång erfarenhet för att vara rätt person.
