Junior Sales Advisor

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επικοινωνεί με δυνητικούς και υφιστάμενους πελάτες, διερευνά τις ανάγκες τους και παρέχει ενημέρωση για τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες leasing της εταιρείας.
  • Διαχειρίζεται τα αιτήματα των πελατών σχετικά με το πρόγραμμα leasing και συντονίζει την απαιτούμενη ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτησή τους.
  • Παρακολουθεί τις εκκρεμότητες και την εξέλιξη των πελατειακών αιτημάτων, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη διεκπεραίωσή τους.
  • Προετοιμάζει, επεξεργάζεται και αποστέλλει προσφορές leasing, παρακολουθώντας την πορεία τους έως την ολοκλήρωσή τους.
  • Υποστηρίζει τη διαδικασία σύναψης και ολοκλήρωσης νέων συμβάσεων μίσθωσης.
  • Συνεργάζεται στενά με το Back Office και τα εμπλεκόμενα εσωτερικά τμήματα, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή ροή της διαδικασίας σε όλα τα στάδια της μίσθωσης.
  • Συντονίζει τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες μεταξύ πελάτη και εσωτερικών τμημάτων για την επίλυση τυχόν θεμάτων που προκύπτουν κατά τη διαδικασία.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στον τομέα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις υπηρεσιών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων ταυτόχρονα
  • Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη στόχων με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια και στη σωστή τήρηση διαδικασιών
  • Ομαδικότητα και πνεύμα συνεργασίας
