Ta mission

  • Concevoir et développer des APIs robustes, performantes et évolutives en Python / FastAPI
  • Garantir l'excellence du code par l'écriture de tests unitaires / d'intégration, le TDD et la participation active aux revues de code
  • Architecturer des services Cloud-Native (principalement GCP) en utilisant des approches Serverless ou conteneurisées (Kuberntes, Docker)
  • Contribuer à l'industrialisation de nos produits en élaborant la stratégie CI/CD et les pratiques DevOps (GitHub Actions)
  • Intégrer des solutions d'IA/GenAI pour transformer des processus métier complexes
  • Assurer le Run des applications en production (observabilité, monitoring, optimisation des performances).

Ce qu'on cherche chez toi

  • 4 ans minimum en Software Engineering, avec une maîtrise avancée de Python et FastAPI
  • Une expérience concrète avec l'API d'Anthropic et l'écosystème d'agents / frameworks
  • L'obsession des best practices — tu sais que l'IA peut halluciner et générer de la dette technique. Ton rôle est d'encadrer cette puissance avec une rigueur absolue.
  • La curiosité — tu veux comprendre comment ça marche, pas juste consommer

Ton évolution

  • Un Engineering Manager dédié qui t'accompagne — pas un manager que tu vois deux fois par an
  • Une trajectoire au choix : Staff Engineer / Principal Engineer ou Engineering Manager
