Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Assist with daily bar operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Prepare beverage ingredients such as fruits, garnishes, ice, and mixers.
  • Ensure all beverages meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter, equipment, and working areas.
  • Monitor beverage inventory, replenish supplies, and report low-stock items.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service while handling guest orders and enquiries.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
  • No prior bartending experience required; training will be provided.
  • Willing to learn bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage knowledge.
  • Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, or the F&B industry is an advantage.
  • Friendly personality with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
