[What the role is]

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive primarily to support the implementation and operations of the new Student Attainment and Records (STAR) system's Student Concession Card module, including the ongoing concession card administration, case management, processing and operational workload arising from this new function. The role will also provide secondary operational support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary as required.

[What you will be working on]

  • Serve as the primary operational support for the implementation of the new STAR Student Concession Card module, including system-related administration, processing, tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage student concession card applications and cases, including checking submissions, maintaining accurate records, monitoring case status, coordinating with relevant Schools, Departments and external parties, and supporting related operational administration, follow up and reporting requirements.
  • Support concession card distribution and respond to students’ enquiries on applications, collection and related processes.
  • Provide secondary frontline and operational support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary, including handling enquiries, supporting space readiness and bookings, and maintaining related service records.
  • Support peak-period operations, student touchpoint activities and other departmental duties as required.

[What we are looking for]

  • Qualifications in any discipline with relevant experience in customer service, student services, hospitality or office administration would be an advantage.
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage students and stakeholders in a clear, patient, and professional manner.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, records and follow-up actions reliably, including during peak service periods.
  • Collaborative and comfortable using digital systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
