Du willst KI nicht als Buzzword nutzen, sondern als verlässlichen Service mit messbarem Business Impact gestalten? Du denkst in Produkten, Services und nachhaltiger Wertschöpfung und hast Lust, ein neues Geschäftsfeld von Anfang an mitzugestalten?

Je nach Profil und Erfahrung kann sich die Rolle stärker in Richtung Produktführung, AI-Service-Aufbau oder Business Development entwickeln.

Was dich erwartet:

Du entwickelst aus technologischen Möglichkeiten marktfähige AI-Services mit klarer Wertschöpfung. Advisory, Produktentwicklung und Skalierung gehören für dich zusammen – mit dem Ziel, stabile und wiederkehrende Umsätze aufzubauen.

  • Advisory & C-Level: Du führst Gespräche mit Entscheider:innen, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und übersetzt diese in konkrete AI-Service-Use-Cases mit messbarem Nutzen.
  • Vom Prototypen zum Produkt: Du entwickelst einen bestehenden AI-Prototypen zur automatisierten Rechnungsbuchung zu einem marktfähigen, skalierbaren Produkt – perspektivisch auch in Richtung eines Dienstleistungs- oder Serviceportals.
  • AI-Services treiben: Du konzipierst AI-Service-Bausteine, definierst SLAs, Governance und Human-in-the-Loop-Prozesse und entwickelst Angebote, die für Kunden klar verständlich und wirtschaftlich attraktiv sind.
  • Betrieb & Skalierung aufbauen: Du baust Strukturen und Prozesse auf, damit AI-Services stabil, skalierbar und reproduzierbar betrieben werden können. Interne Lösungen nutzt du als Blaupause für neue Kundenservices.
  • Monetarisierung entwickeln: Du entwickelst Pricing- und Packaging-Modelle und baust wiederkehrende Umsätze für unser AI-as-a-Service-Geschäft auf.
  • Business und Technik zusammenbringen: Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Marktseite und Technik zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen konkrete, umsetzbare AI-Produkte und Services entstehen.

Dein Persönlichkeitsprofil:

Du bewegst dich gern an der Schnittstelle von Business, Produkt und Technologie und hast Freude daran, aus Ideen funktionierende Services zu entwickeln. Du denkst nicht nur in Konzepten, sondern bringst Themen auch in die Umsetzung und in den Betrieb.

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in B2B SaaS, digitalen Services oder KI-nahen Produkten und hast bereits Verantwortung für Produkte, Services oder Kundenprojekte übernommen.
  • Du bringst ein Grundverständnis für agile Methoden, Cloud-Services, APIs, Datenflüsse und Systemintegraton oder eine entsprechende Lernbereitschaft mit.
  • Du verstehst, wie AI-Lösungen von der Idee über Prototypen bis zum stabilen Service entwickelt und betrieben werden können.
  • Du kannst technische Möglichkeiten in konkrete Produkt- oder Serviceangebote übersetzen, die für Kunden verständlich und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll sind.
  • Du erkennst Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse, priorisierst pragmatisch und denkst Produktstrategie, Go-to-Market und Monetarisierung mit.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher mit Entscheider:innen ebenso wie mit technischen Teams und kannst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenbringen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und pragmatisch und hast Freude daran, neue Themen und Services aufzubauen.
