  • Validate APIs, batch processes, messaging services, and external interfaces

Release and Deployment Support:

  • Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-deployment validation
  • Verify release components, configurations, database updates, and dependencies
  • Execute smoke testing and system health checks following deployments
  • Maintain release documentation, validation checklists, and deployment procedures
  • Partner with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful releases

Troubleshooting and Production Support:

  • Investigate and resolve complex integration, deployment, and system issues
  • Analyze application logs, database records, monitoring tools, and API responses to determine root causes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive issue resolution.
  • Support production incidents and provide technical troubleshooting when needed
  • Document findings, corrective actions, and long-term solutions

Scripting and Technical Validation:

  • Develop scripts and utilities to support testing, deployment, and environment validation
  • Use API testing and automation tools to validate integrations and workflows
  • Create reusable validation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Support automated smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing initiatives
  • Analyze test results and system behavior to identify risks before deployment

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, product management, business teams, support teams, and external vendors
  • Communicate technical issues, risks, dependencies, and release readiness clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience supporting or testing large-scale integrated systems across multiple applications and services
  • Strong understanding of system integration, software releases, and deployment processes

  • Experience reviewing logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics to identify root causes
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API validation and automation tools such as Postman, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
  • Familiarity with Jira, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
  • Experience working in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
