Obecnie dla jednego z naszych Klientów poszukujemy osób na stanowisko: Koordynator / lider kontroli jakości (K/M).

  • Szkolenie i nadzór nad kontrola jakości,
  • szkolenie pracowników,
  • tworzenie i bieżąca aktualizacja grafików pracy,
  • utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z Klientem,
  • kompleksowa obsługa spraw pracowniczych,
  • ścisła współpraca z działem rekrutacji,
  • przygotowywanie raportów do wynagrodzeń,
  • zatrudnianie nowych pracowników,
  • monitorowanie frekwencji i realizacji zadań.
  • Doświadczenie w kontroli jakości,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym,
  • umiejętność organizowania pracy własnej oraz pracy zespołu,
  • komunikatywność i łatwość w budowaniu relacji, zarówno z pracownikami, jak i Klientem,
  • odporność na stres i umiejętność działania w dynamicznym środowisku,
  • dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, szczególnie Excel,
  • prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do mobilnej pracy,
  • terminowość i dokładność w prowadzeniu dokumentacji pracowniczej,
  • wysoka kultura osobista oraz odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania.
