Jouw rol:

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het veilig en conform houden van industriële installaties? Als Inspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van periodieke keuringen van zowel ondergrondse als bovengrondse opslagtanks en hun bijhorende installaties.

Je werkt in een technisch uitdagende omgeving binnen de (petro)chemische sector en staat in nauw contact met klanten, techniekers en projectteams.

Je voert inspecties uit volgens de geldende VLAREM‑wetgeving en andere relevante normen. Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en bent sterk in administratieve opvolging en klantgerichte communicatie.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket

  • Technische taken:

Uitvoeren van periodieke keuringen en herkeuringen van ondergrondse / bovengrondse opslagtanks leidingen, appendages en bijhorende installaties Uitvoeren van druktesten en dichtheidsproeven Inspecties op benzinestations (houders, leidingen, lekdetectie, beveiligingen)

  • Controle van:

Lekdetectiesystemen, overvulbeveiligingen, secundaire containments Opvolgen van herstellingen, constructiewerk en conformiteitsmaatregelen. Technische toetsing aan VLAREM en relevante normen (zoals EEMUA, API…).

  • Rapportage & advies

Opstellen van duidelijke, gestructureerde en foutloze rapportages Formuleren van technisch advies aan klanten en opvolgen van aanbevelingen Klantgericht overleg met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en technische teams

Wat heb je nodig voor deze functie?

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een geldige EMD‑erkenning (“discipline houders”).

Heb je deze nog niet? Dan heb je minstens een bachelor in een relevante richting (elektromechanica, bouwkunde, chemie, milieutechnologie…) en ben je bereid de erkenningsprocedure te doorlopen.

  • Ervaring & vaardigheden

Ervaring met tankopslag, tankinspecties, (petro)chemische sites of technische keuringen is een sterke troef.

Je bent administratief zeer nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.

Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en kan zelfstandig werken.

Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op moedertaal niveau en bij voorkeur trek je je ook uit de slag in enkele andere talen (Engels/Frans)

Je bent inzetbaar in regio Vlaanderen voorkeur Antwerpen/Oost-Vlaanderen

  • Extra troeven

Bijkomende opleidingen of certificaten zijn een plus, zoals:

VCA Lastechnieken NDO‑onderzoek (niet‑destructief onderzoek) Constructienormen zoals EEMUA, API

Uiteraard ben je ook leergierig en bereid om je technische expertise verder uit te bouwen
