💼 Jouw rol als Blending Coördinator

Als Blending Coördinator werk je op onze vestigingen in Antwerpen, Rotterdam en Amsterdam. Je komt terecht in een team van enthousiaste, betrokken collega’s en bent de spil tussen de klant en verschillende afdelingen binnen de petroleum afdeling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in de petroleum sector en staat garant voor een proactieve opvolging van hun lopende activiteiten en het beantwoorden van alle vragen. Bij de opstart van nieuwe klanten of opdrachten neem je het voortouw om alles in goede banen te leiden.

📚 Wat ga je doen?

  • Je hebt veelvuldig telefonisch klantencontact en bouwt non stop aan een professionele relatie.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verwerking en planning van de inkomende opdrachten die door de klanten worden aangereikt. Je vertaalt deze in werkinstructies voor onze surveyors en laboranten en waakt ook mee over de correcte uitvoering ervan.
  • Je controleert eveneens de uitgaande rapportages en de facturatie die naar de klanten worden doorgestuurd.
  • Door je nauwe samenwerking met collega’s van het sales team en andere afdelingen zoals inspectie en labo, slaag je erin de marktpositie van SGS te verstevigen.

Functie-eisen

🧬 Wat zit er in jouw DNA?

  • Je hebt een achtergrond in de petroleumwereld en/of bent door relevante werkervaring een expert op gebied van blending.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid en klantgerichtheid zijn jouw belangrijkste troeven. Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten, werkt proactief en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je bent een “pleaser” die voor zijn/haar klanten tot het uiterste gaat en voor elk probleem een werkbare oplossing vindt.
  • Je bent een dynamisch en gedreven persoon die beschikt over de nodige flexibiliteit, zelfvertrouwen en uitermate sterke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Naast een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, spreek je ook vlot Engels. Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
