Descripción del empleo

  • Elaborar, mantener, distribuir y controlar el Programa de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
  • Supervisar los trabajos en materia de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente en el trabajo.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos del área, dentro del alcance de responsabilidades del puesto.
  • Ejecuta del plan de trabajo de la unidad de negocio asignada, así como de los programas anuales de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente de la compañía y clientes.
  • Gestionar la atención de las auditorías, inspecciones y fiscalizaciones de las actividades de la compañía y cliente en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento y conocimiento de los procedimientos del Sistema integrado de gestión del cliente.
  • Capacitar al personal respecto de la aplicación del Programa de Seguridad, Salud ocupacional y Medio Ambiente
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la inducción general de SSMA, en personal nuevo y antiguo
  • Elaborar y revisar los procedimientos de trabajo, y la matriz IPERC línea base de las actividades de la unidad de negocio y/o proyecto asignado, con la finalidad de transmitir al trabajador sus riegos y logre alinearse a las mismas.
  • Aplicar la suspensión de tareas cuando las condiciones de trabajo no sean seguras y pongan en riesgo al personal, al medio ambiente, al patrimonio o a la comunidad.
  • Capacitar a los trabajadores según el programa anual de SSOMA y brindar las charlas de SST según los temas relevantes con la coyuntura actual.
  • Realizar reuniones mensuales de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente con las diferentes áreas, así como con contratistas, con el propósito de garantizar que los mismos se alineen con la política de SSMA y normas legales.
  • Realizar las investigaciones y análisis de los accidentes de trabajo e incidentes de trabajo presentados en las instalaciones.
  • Cumplir con el Reglamento Interno de trabajo, Código de Integridad y Conducta Profesional de SGS.
  • Elaborar las estadísticas de SSOMA mensuales con los índices de accidentalidad, frecuencia.
  • Realizar el análisis de los KPIs y demás indicadores de gestión de SSOMA.
  • Hacer auditorías internas de SSMA a las áreas en general, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de todas las herramientas de gestión.

Requisitos

  • Titulado y habilitado de las carreras de Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Industrial, Ingeniería de Seguridad, Ingeniería Química o afines.
  • Diplomado en Gestión de Seguridad o afines.
  • Experiencia de 3 años preferentemente en el área SSOMA en proyectos similares.
  • Experiencia en laboratorios
  • Idiomas: Inglés básico
  • Manejo de software: Microsoft Office Intermedio, Power BI
  • Orientación hacia la eficiencia y efectividad de recursos materiales y humanos.
  • Habilidad de informar, empuje por obtener resultados, empatía y dirección de personas
