Vacatureomschrijving

Als bouwkundig inspecteur kom je ons team versterken en voer je uiteenlopende bouwkundige inspecties en analyses uit.

Het is een dynamische functie, waarin je samen met ondersteuning van bouw- en betonspecialisten onderzoek uitvoert in gebouwen en kunstwerken, bijvoorbeeld in het kader van bouwschades of een controle op constructieve veiligheid/kwaliteit.

Je hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond met kennis van constructies in het algemeen en beton en staal in het bijzonder.

Na verloop van tijd kan je naast je inspectiewerk ook projecten begeleiden. Hierbij werk je samen met de klant en diverse interne en externe partijen zodat het project correct en binnen de tijd afgewerkt wordt.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een bouwkundige richting behaald, of evenwaardig door ervaring
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring in de sector, bij voorkeur bij een inspectie-, ingenieurs- of constructeursbureau, met relevante kennis over beton is een pluspunt maar niet noodzakelijk. Een leergierige schoolverlater komt ook in aanmerking!
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en autonoom.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van het Frans en Engels is een plus.
