Momenteel zoeken wij voor onze afdeling emissie- en asbestmetingen en marine services een enthousiaste (Junior) technisch sales medewerker.

Vacatureomschrijving

Na een grondige interne opleiding word je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bestaande en potentiële klanten en ondersteun je hen bij hun vragen rond onze meetdiensten. Je combineert technische interesse met klantgericht advies en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot worden voorbereid en opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Je behandelt binnenkomende vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail en analyseert samen met hen hun behoeften en verwachtingen. Indien aangewezen voorzie je een meeting, online of bij de klant ter plaatse.
  • Je geeft klanten uitleg over onze diensten, de werkwijze van onze metingen en de praktische vereisten voor een correcte uitvoering;
  • Je verzamelt de nodige informatie om een passend voorstel uit te werken en stelt zelfstandig offertes op;
  • Je volgt offertes op en beantwoordt bijkomende vragen van klanten;
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen de klant, de planning en de technische uitvoering : je zorgt ervoor dat de projectinformatie volledig en duidelijk wordt doorgegeven aan alle betrokken partijen;
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en neemt regelmatig contact op om samenwerkingen te evalueren en nieuwe ondersteuningsmogelijkheden te bespreken;
  • Je werkt mee aan de opmaak en indiening van tenders en aanbestedingsdossiers, waarbij naast prijsvoorstellen ook kwaliteitsdocumenten, referenties, methodieken en andere vereiste documenten worden uitgewerkt;
  • Op langere termijn kan je betrokken worden bij commerciële acties, prospectiecampagnes of klantenbezoeken rond specifieke actuele thema's.

Wij voorzien een uitgebreide interne opleiding waarin je de basisprincipes van onze verschillende meetactiviteiten leert kennen. Zo krijg je inzicht in hoe metingen in grote lijnen worden uitgevoerd, welke voorbereidingen nodig zijn en welke factoren een impact hebben op de planning en prijszetting. Deze kennis helpt je om klanten correct te adviseren en kwalitatieve offertes uit te werken.

Indien de gesprekken in technische detail gaan, voorzien wij de nodige ondersteuning vanuit ons ervaren team.

Functie-eisen

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master-diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting, of gelijkgesteld voor opgedane (werk)ervaring;
  • Een eerste werkervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen must;
  • Je hebt interesse in technische dienstverlening en kan technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier vertalen naar klanten;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je beschikt over sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels is een meerwaarde;
  • Je bent klantgericht, leergierig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega's, maar kan ook zelfstandig taken opnemen.
