Wij zijn een engineering- en adviesbureau gespecialiseerd in ondergrondse kabel- en leidinginfrastructuur. Denk aan alles wat je niet ziet, maar waar alles wél van afhankelijk is. Om onze groei voort te zetten, zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe Projectleider die samen met ons wil bouwen aan de infrastructuur van morgen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht in een team van enthousiaste en betrokken collega’s in Spijkenisse. Samen werk je aan uitdagende projecten in de ondergrondse infrastructuur. Meestal lekker op kantoor, soms bij de klant op locatie — afwisseling gegarandeerd.

Als Projectleider Ondergrondse Infra:

  • Ondersteun en begeleid je de Engineers;
  • Vervaardig je projectplannen en/of plannen van aanpak;
  • Beoordeel en plan je de engineering en realiseer je opdrachten je conform projectvoorschriften;
  • Voer je overleg met de opdrachtgever, belanghebbende instanties en leveranciers;
  • Maak je calculaties en offertes;
  • Rapporteer je afwijkingen aan betrokkenen;
  • Bewaak je planningen, budgetten, risico's en de hieraan gekoppelde besluiten en beheersmaatregelen;
  • Draag je zorg voor een juiste verrekening van meer- en minderwerk;
  • Controleer je de werkzaamheden aan de hand van de scope, budget, planning, kwaliteit en milieuomgeving;
  • Lever je het werk op overeenkomstig alle contractuele verplichtingen.

Functie-eisen

Wat breng jij mee?

Om deze rol goed te kunnen vervullen, heb je:

  • Een afgeronde MBO4- opleiding in een technische richting;
  • Ervaring in de ondergrondse infrastructuur van kabels en leidingen is een pré;
  • Goede kennis van netbeheerders is een pré;
  • Kennis van verleggings- en adviesprojecten op gebied van ondergrondse infrastructuur (kabels en/of leidingen) is een pré;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.

En ben jij:

  • Iemand die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt;
  • Iemand die richting aan een team kan geven en de leiding kan nemen;
  • Iemand die resultaatgericht en integer is.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Salaris tussen € 4.500,- en € 6.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur;

  • Deelname aan een gedeeld pensioensregeling met vaste bijdrage van 6%;
