Descripción del empleo

  • Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones de transporte de cargas desde puerto hasta destino final (parques).
  • Realizar el control y seguimiento del estado de la mercadería transportada, detectando y reportando posibles daños durante la recepción, traslado o entrega.
  • Gestionar la carga y actualización de documentación vinculada a los despachos (remitos, órdenes de entrega, registros de transporte, etc.).
  • Coordinar la recepción de cargas en puerto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos establecidos.
  • Emitir y controlar remitos de despacho hacia los distintos parques.
  • Elaborar informes de incidentes asociados al transporte (daños, desvíos, demoras, faltantes, entre otros).
  • Realizar el seguimiento de desvíos operativos y colaborar en la implementación de acciones correctivas.
  • Mantener comunicación con transportistas, operadores logísticos y equipos internos para garantizar la correcta trazabilidad de las cargas.

Requisitos

Formación y certificaciones

  • Formación técnica o terciaria en logística, transporte, ingeniería o afines (deseable).
  • Conocimiento en izaje y señalización de cargas (rigger/slinger o equivalente argentino) y experiencia en estiba/amarrado de cargas especiales.

Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos

  • Experiencia demostrable en operaciones portuarias con cargas sobredimensionadas/pesadas, preferible en componentes eólicos (tubulares, palas, nacelles).
  • Conocimientos de estiba, sujeción, protección y embalaje específico de componentes eólicos; planos de carga y centros de gravedad.
  • Capacidad para planificar y supervisar maniobras de carga/descarga, transbordos y almacenamiento en terminal.
  • Manejo de documentación: manifiesto de carga, manifiesto de estiba, documentación aduanera, permisos de tránsito interno y registros de seguridad.
  • Licencia de conducir para camioneta - (EXCLUYENTE)
