Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen Abteilungsleiter/in Netze Gas und Wasser \\Deine Aufgaben\\ \* Du führst und entwickelst die Abteilung Netze Gas/Wasser in personeller, organisatorischer und fachlicher Hinsicht. \* Du stellst den sicheren, zuverlässigen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb sowie den Unterhalt unserer Gas\\- und Wasserverteilnetze sicher. \* Du verantwortest die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Netzbau\\-, Erneuerungs\\- und Unterhaltsprojekten. \* Du entwickelst die mittel\\- und langfristige Netz\\- und Infrastrukturplanung weiter und optimierst bestehende Prozesse. \* Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Partnern, Gemeinden und Behörden. \* Du verantwortest die Einsatzbereitschaft im Ereignis\\- und Krisenfall, förderst eine gelebte Sicherheitskultur und übernimmst die Funktion als Pikettchef. \\Das bringst du mit\\ \* Eine technische Grundausbildung mit höherer Weiterbildung (HF/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Tiefbau, Netzbau oder in der Versorgungstechnik. \* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise mindestens fünf Jahre im Gas\\- und Wassernetzbau, in der Personalführung und im Projektmanagement. \* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Tief\\- und Leitungsbau sowie idealerweise der SVGW\\-Regelwerke; betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis ist von Vorteil. \* Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz, analytischem Denkvermögen sowie Kommunikations\\- und Verhandlungsgeschick.
