We are hiring.

An established Singapore-based construction firm is seeking a skilled

Technical Engineer

and an experienced

Foreman

to lead a premium landed house rebuild project.

1. Technical Engineer (Landed Residential)

Role Overview:

You will oversee structural and architectural engineering integrity, manage technical submissions, and ensure the rebuild aligns perfectly with approved blueprints, BCA regulations, and client specifications.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building Science.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven track record in Singapore landed house construction (inter-terraces, semi-detached, or bungalows).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and interpreting structural/architectural drawings.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with BCA, CORENET submissions, and local building codes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical clarifications, RFIs, and coordinate between architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
  • Supervise site engineering works and ensure QA/QC standards are met.
  • Prepare method statements, progress reports, and structural inspection logs.

2. Construction Foreman (Landed Residential)

Role Overview:

You will be the hands-on ground leader managing daily site operations, structural trades, sub-contractors, and direct labor to keep the landed rebuild strictly on schedule.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification: CoreTrade Supervisor / National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience strictly managing landed residential rebuilds or major A&A works in Singapore.
  • Safety: Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) / SSSC certificate.
  • Skills: Strong command of site structural works (structural steel, reinforced concrete framing, deep foundation/piling works).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise daily site activities, manpower allocation, and sub-contractor progress.
  • Enforce strict workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations on-site.
  • Manage material ordering, delivery inspection, and minimize material wastage.
